PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY CAREFULLY. The following are Terms and Conditions of Warranty between Seller (A Biomedical Service INC.) and all Buyers of Goods and Services.
General Warranty Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Warranty are incorporated by reference into any Agreement between A Biomedical Service INC. and the Buyer of any Goods, Merchandise, or Services. The specific Warranty Agreement given at time of purchase or lease, together with this Terms and Conditions of Warranty, shall be referred to as the “Warranty Policy.” A Biomedical Service INC. specifically conditions its Warranty Policy of the Goods or Services on Buyer’s consent to these terms, despite any difference, additions or conflicting terms contained within any terms proposed by Seller, whether before or after acceptance of a Purchase Order, and A Biomedical Service INC. specifically objects to and rejects all other terms unless they are explicitly communicated and approved of in writing by an authorized Manager of A Biomedical Service INC. The specific Warranty Policy contains the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller with respect to the purchase and sale of Goods and Services. No modifications or additions to the terms of warranty set out in the Purchase Order will be valid.
This Warranty Policy supersedes all other warranties, explicitly expressed or implied. No statement or claim about any product or service by an employee, agent, or dealer of A Biomedical Service shall constitute a warranty by A Biomedical Service INC. or give rise to a liability or obligation on the part of A Biomedical Service INC.
A Biomedical Service INC. warranties its equipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with appropriate and timely maintenance. Length of warranty varies from product to product so please ask your A Biomedical Service INC. representative for specific warranty coverage details. With respect to plastics, rubber, and other expendable items, A Biomedical Service INC. warrants only that such parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
