Under the California Civil Code 1798.140(0)(1), personal information means ‘information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.’ As per section 1798.140(0)(1)(A) a personal identifier can also include IP addresses and cookies.

Orders & Programs
When you place an order with us, we need certain information to successfully fulfill your order. We’ll need your contact, shipping, and billing information. This includes your legal name, your shipping address, the billing information associated with your payment method, payment method information (like your credit card number, expiration date, and security code).
