A Biomedical Service works with original equipment manufacturers, independent service organizations, and healthcare systems as a qualified service partner. We provide white-label depot repair, regional field service overflow, parts sourcing support, and warranty repair processing, under NDA and in full compliance with your quality and confidentiality requirements.

Our Fresno depot is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified. We operate documented quality management and environmental management systems and can provide repair documentation, test data, and chain-of-custody records in the format your organization requires.

Partnership Services

White-Label Depot Repair

Devices are received, repaired, tested, documented, and returned under your branding and quality requirements. Repair records are provided in your preferred format. No customer-facing A Biomedical Service branding unless agreed.

Regional Field Service Overflow

We dispatch qualified technicians to your end-customer locations in the Central Valley and California when your own network cannot respond within your SLA. Work orders, parts sourcing, and reporting follow your protocols.

Parts Sourcing Support

We assist with sourcing OEM, aftermarket, and recovered parts for devices in our service scope. Parts are inspected on receipt and sourced through documented channels. Traceability records provided on request.

Warranty Repair Processing

We accept warranty repair referrals and process them per the agreed warranty scope, turnaround, and documentation standard. Warranty outcomes, parts used, and return shipment details reported per your requirements.

Quality Documentation

ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Every repair produces documented evidence of inspection, test results, corrective actions, and quality-hold disposition. Records retained per ISO requirements.

Confidentiality & NDA

All partnerships are governed by a mutual NDA. Customer identities, device specifications, repair data, and commercial terms are treated as strictly confidential. We do not market or solicit end-customers introduced through partner relationships.

Submit the partner inquiry form or contact us directly. Share the equipment categories, service types, geographic coverage, and volume you need supported. We will confirm whether the scope is within our current capabilities.

NDA and qualification review

We execute a mutual NDA and share quality documentation, certifications, and relevant capability information. You provide your supplier qualification requirements. We work through any gaps together.

Agreement and onboarding

A formal service partner agreement is executed covering scope, pricing, reporting, quality obligations, and escalation procedures. A pilot engagement is typically agreed before full volume ramp.
