HTM & Clinical Engineering

Healthcare Technology Management Support

Overflow, project, and contract support for in-house biomedical and clinical engineering teams, without the overhead of additional FTEs.

ISO 9001 · 14001 · 45001 SDVOSB Veteran-Owned Written Quote First Field & Nationwide Depot

In-house biomedical and clinical engineering teams face increasing workloads, more equipment, more regulatory requirements, fewer resources. A Biomedical Service works alongside your team as a trusted partner: filling in for staffing gaps, clearing PM backlogs, handling specialized equipment, and taking on project-based work so your team can focus on its core responsibilities.

We operate transparently within your work order system and reporting structure, or we can provide our own documentation and reporting to complement your existing records. Every engagement is scoped in writing, and we communicate clearly throughout the engagement so there are no surprises.

Our HTM support is available on a per-visit, project, or contract basis, structured to match your timeline and budget, not ours.

How We Support In-House Teams

Overflow & Surge Support

When your team is at capacity, vacation coverage, staffing vacancies, or equipment failure surges, we provide qualified biomedical technicians who can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up time.

PM Backlog Reduction

Overdue PM schedules create compliance risk. We assign additional technician capacity to clear backlogs before your next accreditation survey, delivering reports that integrate with your existing equipment records.

Equipment Acceptance Testing

Incoming inspection, performance verification, safety testing, and inventory entry for new or returned equipment before clinical deployment. Documentation provided in your preferred format.

Recall & Safety Alert Management

We track manufacturer advisories, FSNs, and FDA recall notices relevant to your equipment inventory. We coordinate device inspection, correction, or removal and document outcomes for your records.

Specialized Equipment Repairs

Some equipment requires specialized tooling, training, or depot-level access to parts. We handle complex repairs that fall outside your team's in-house capability and return devices fully documented.

Project & Build-Out Support

Department buildouts, equipment standardization projects, inventory audits, and asset lifecycle planning. We provide the scope, documentation, and technical support your projects need.

Engagement Models

1

Per-visit or per-device

No contract required. Request support for a specific device, repair, or inspection visit. Invoiced per engagement with a written scope and quote in advance.

2

Project-based

Fixed-scope engagements with agreed deliverables, PM backlog clear, equipment census audit, acceptance testing for a new department, or similar defined projects with a start and end date.

3

Ongoing contract support

A monthly or annual contract providing a defined number of technician hours, response windows, and reporting cadence. Suitable for facilities with recurring needs or limited in-house capacity.

All engagements include written scope, reporting, and documentation suitable for your accreditation and compliance records.
