California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) rights and how to exercise them
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This page describes those rights and how you can exercise them with A Biomedical Service Inc.
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise rights provided by law.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information as you direct.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
A Biomedical Service Inc. does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
To the extent we collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, you have the right to request that we limit our use of such information to what is necessary to perform the services you requested.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive different treatment for exercising your rights.

Your request must provide sufficient information to verify your identity and describe your request with enough detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we notify you of an extension.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy request on their behalf. To use an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
